Our self-suggestion has the power to shape our beliefs, attitudes, and actions, ultimately influencing the quality of our lives.

Positive self-suggestion encourages us to take action, face challenges, and grow as individuals. On the other hand, negative self-suggestion holds us back, perpetuates self-doubt, and reinforces limiting beliefs. Understanding the difference between positive and negative self-suggestions is crucial to improving our internal dialogue.


The Levels of Self-Suggestion

To change our self-suggestion, we must first become aware of our thought patterns and reprogram our subconscious mind with positive, empowering messages. Most of our self-suggestion is formed unconsciously, shaped by our upbringing, experiences, and external influences before the age of 7. Our subconscious mind absorbs these messages, which become ingrained thought patterns that dictate our beliefs and actions.


Techniques for Positive Self-Suggestion

Improving our self-suggestion requires deliberate effort and practice. Here are some techniques that can help you cultivate positive self-suggestion:

The Power of Repetition and Persistence

Changing deeply ingrained thought patterns is not an overnight process. It requires consistent practice and repetition of positive messages until they become internalized and automatic.
