Apply TodayWhat is Mastermind Group?
One of the most powerful tools ever used by successful people—whether the world’s richest industrialists from the early 20th Century or today’s modern icons of business—is called the mastermind group. A mastermind group can focus special energy on your effort— in the form of knowledge, resources, and spiritual energy, too.
While you must always do the work of becoming a great success, a mastermind group can harness and maximize the spiritual focus behind your success.
In short, “mastermind” is both that power coming to us from above—from the universal force—but also that power that comes to us from each other. Together, we know more and can focus more energy than any one of us can alone.
Since 2009, I've been a part of mastermind groups, as well as launched and run my own. They have had a significant impact on both my life and my career, and I'm successful in business because of it.
In a mastermind group, you get a combination of brainstorming, mentoring, peer accountability, and encouragement in a group setting to help you develop your business and personal skills. A mastermind group assists members in achieving their goals. Members push each other to make strong aims and more importantly to achieve them.
Each mastermind is a six-month journey exploring and supporting everyone's success in the group. This Mastermind group is ideal for you if you want:
- Discovering your Life Purpose and creating a plan to achieve it
- Managing Your Mindsets for Success
- Creating clarity around what you truly want, then taking action towards achieving it
- Staying accountable to yourself and others

Napoleon Hill’s definition
The concept of the “master mind alliance” was introduced by Napoleon Hill in his book from the 1920s, The Law of Success, and expanded upon in his 1930s book, Think And Grow Rich. While Napoleon Hill called it a “master mind alliance,” it’s been shortened and modernized to “mastermind group.” Mastermind groups have been around since the beginning of time. Even Benjamin Franklin belonged to such a group, which he called a Junto. But it was Napoleon Hill who explained it clearly and encouraged people to gather together in a structured, repeatable environment for the success of all.
“Well, if you want to know how I got my money… We have here in this business a master mind. It is not my mind, and it is not the mind of any other man on my staff, but the sum total of all these minds that I have gathered around me that constitute a master mind in the steel business… I need these men and they know that they need me in the maintenance of this master mind that is necessary in carrying on.”
Andrew Carnegie

As a Mastermind group facilitator
In this Mastermind, you will collaborate with me for six months. I am your host, facilitator, and coach throughout the process. This Mastermind is limited to a maximum of 12 individuals. My objective is to utilize everything I've learned from Thinking Big over the last 30 years to assist the group to take a leap towards everyone's own personal greatness.
Your first step in a mastermind group is to set a goal and create a plan to attain it. The group aids you in generating innovative ideas as well as sound decision-making. You then bring success stories and issues to the group while executing your strategy. Successful tales are praised (loudly!), and problems are solved through peer brainstorming and collective, creative thinking.
